Worship
Worship at Shiloh Baptist Church is more than a weekly gathering; it is a vibrant expression of reverence, gratitude, and unity. Through music, prayer, scripture reading, and the proclamation of the Word, the Worship ministries seek to create an atmosphere where the presence of God is both welcomed and celebrated.
Participation is encouraged, whether through singing in the choir, serving as an usher, or supporting the audiovisual team—all roles contributing to a sacred environment where faith is deepened and fellowship flourishes.
Usher’s Fellowship
“The worship of God is the foundation upon which is built all that the Christian usher is and does.” Psalm 100:5 and Isaiah 40:31
The usher is a worshipper as well as a facilitator for worship which is relevant and holy. Ushers greet members and allow them to enter sanctuary, those who enter are being ushered into the very presence of God. Ushers play a pivotal role in their efforts to make sure the worship is God-focused and God-centered.
New ushers are welcomed and will be assigned to a seasoned usher who can help him/her grow and develop in the techniques of ushering as well as spiritual maturity.

Hospitality Ministry
This ministry extends a Christ-like welcoming to all who enter the SBC grounds and sanctuary—both visitors and family members. We provide welcome packages to out-of-town guest messengers. And we serve where needed at the request of other ministries.

Choir
The choir ministry at Shiloh Baptist church joyfully lifts up the name of Jesus through rich and versatile blend of music. From traditional hymns and gospel classics to contemporary praise and worship , our choir embraces a wide range of musical styles that speak to every generation. More than just singing, we are a welcoming family of worshipers who invite all to experience power of Gods presence through song. Whether you're a seasoned vocalist or simply have a heart for worship, there's a place for you in our choir.

Passionate Praise
“Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp.” Psalm 149:3.
Passionate praise strives to bring souls to Christ through dance. Please contact Hownetta Haynes to help us praise our God through movement.
Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry is vitally salient to our church. There is nothing more important to the strength and vitality of our church than a strong, vibrant, Prayer Ministry. We stand in the gap and pray for the church and our people. We operate the Morning Prayer Line (M/W/F at 5am) and present prayer workshops to enhance one’s prayer life. (Isa. 56:7 Matt. 21:13.)
The goal of our prayer ministry is to equip, enable, and encourage church members to pray continually and effectively while making prayer a significant part of everything they do.

Technology Ministry
The Technology Ministry welcomes all volunteers to assist with sound, videography, multimedia worship support, and more. Training will be provided, so if interested in joining the team please contact Andrea Taylor.
